Terms and Conditions

1. Services
   Aladro Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard and deep cleaning options. Specific services included will be detailed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Cancellations
   Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum 24-hour notice. Late cancellations may incur an additional fee.

3. Payments
   We accept payments via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, or cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and inform us of any special conditions or fragile items.

5. Limitation of Liability
   We strive to avoid damages; however, Aladro Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damages or situations beyond our control.

6. Privacy
   Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service-related purposes as stated in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
