IMPORTANT MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING POLICY
The estimated cleaning times shown above are based on the size of the property and normal move-in/move-out conditions. Cleaning time begins when our team arrives at the property.
If movers, contractors, residents, property managers, maintenance personnel, or any other individuals are present and their activities delay, interrupt, or interfere with the cleaning process, additional time may be required to complete the service.
Properties with excessive buildup, heavy grease, pet hair, strong odors, construction dust, excessive debris, neglected conditions, or any level of dirtiness beyond what is considered normal for a move-in or move-out cleaning may require additional labor time.
The estimated time ranges listed in the table are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. If the cleaning cannot be completed within the maximum estimated time shown due to property condition, delays caused by others, excessive dirtiness, or circumstances beyond our control, additional labor time will be billed after the maximum estimated time has been reached.
Additional labor is billed at a rate of $65 to $90 per hour, depending on the size of the cleaning crew assigned to the project (2 or 3 cleaning technicians).
To avoid additional charges and delays, we strongly recommend that all furniture, personal belongings, moving activities, contractor work, repairs, painting, and maintenance work be completed before our team arrives.
